The expansion at the Target Store in Kearney involved removing a portion of the parking lot, and the removal of several walls.  The top left photo shows the removal of unsuitable base material and replacement and compaction of suitable base material.  To the right, our employees are power-washing concrete dust off of a portion of wall that will become an inside wall. 

 

 

 

The bottom  photos show the care taken by our employees to demolish the outer wall without damaging the inner shear wall.  The employee on the roof directs the excavator operator with hand signals to guide the bucket of the excavator in between the two walls.  The excavator then pulls the outer wall down and away from the inner shear wall.
